Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! Every piece is created or carefully prepared with great attention to detail. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

I want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges, where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Original artwork

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

These sales are considered final unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

I will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not already begun.

Custom, personalized, and commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on my part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law.
